Credit Cards
STICKER CHICKTM accepts major credit cards -
VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
If any part of your order is either out of
stock, back ordered, or temporarily unavailable for any reason, your
shipping charges may be split to appear on separate invoices corresponding
to each shipment. Rates will not be increased if your order is split into
multiple shipments. We will make every effort to fulfill your order in one
shipment whenever possible.
Your credit
card details are passed via a Secure Sockets Layer, SSL, to our
clearing facility.

Shipping charges can be calculated by proceeding through checkout as you
would to order online. Shipping rates and tax will be displayed after
submitting your shipping information whilst checking out.

Policy
STICKER CHICKTM uses
USPS
as its carrier for domestic and international orders. Your shipping
charges are based on the number of items ordered and the country we are
shipping to. All shipping times are dependent on product availability. At
this time, we only ship from our Fulfillment Center Monday through Friday. We
do not ship on American statutory holidays.
Domestic Shipping
STICKER CHICKTM
uses the U.S. Postal Service for all of our domestic orders. We ship First
Class Mail with delivery confirmation for standard orders (flat items), and
Priority Mail or Parcel Post for all other items. Domestic orders can be
expected within 3-10 business days (or longer during holiday periods) after shipping from our fulfillment
center (depending on availability). Our standard shipping rate is
$5.50. Additional charges will be added upon processing of order (this
depends on final packing and weighing). Shipping and handling charges vary
according to quantity and sticker size and/or other products
ordered. Customers who are placing orders via snail mail are advised to call
before sending the order in order to get accurate shipping charges. All
snail mail orders with insufficient shipping will be put on hold until
further shipping is submitted. A confirmation e-mail with the customer’s
shipping information will be sent (keep in mind that once this e-mail has
been sent, the package has left our facility and it is now the Post Office’s
responsibility to deliver). Please allow up to 15 days before any claims can
be made as per the Post Office’s instructions). Please provide accurate
e-mail address.
International Shipping
In accordance to the
new shipping methods provided by our postal service, STICKER CHICKTM
ships all standard orders by USPS Airmail. All other others will be
shipped either International Parcel or Priority International. Express
Mail Service can be provided for an additional charge upon
request. International Buyers will be sent a confirmation e-mail stating
that their order has shipped, but no tracking information will be
provided. Please allow up to 25 days for any claims. Contact your local
post office before any further action is taken. We do not hold ourselves
responsible for packages that have already left the country. All
International orders will be charged an additional $3.00 (on top of the
shipping stated at checkout) for standard orders and any other additional
charges will be added to non-standard orders (any items that cannot be
sent in a flat envelope) depending on weight. A separate charge will post
on your account. All charges will be shown on the sales receipt sent with
your order. International orders can be expected within 15 business days
after shipping from our fulfillment center (depending on availability).

expect your order to be shipped (not delivered).

Item is stocked on a regular basis and should be shipped within one
working week.
Back Ordered or Out of Stock:

Item has a low inventory and may not be in stock when you place your
order. As soon as we receive our next shipment of merchandise, your order
will be shipped immediately.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If an item is
temporarily out of stock, we have the right to substitute with a similar
design.
Return
Policy
If your merchandise was
defective or you did not receive exactly what you ordered and would like to
return the merchandise, we will mail you a prepaid self-addressed envelope
(with tracking confirmation) directed to us for you to return the
merchandise in. Once the envelope has arrived at our facility and the
merchandise has been inspected, we will gladly exchange the merchandise or
credit your account (depending on merchandise availability). If you are
returning a purchase for any other reasons than those mentioned above, we
will not mail a self address envelope. All shipping charges for returns are
at the customers' expense. We advise that all returned merchandise includes
some form of tracking number, since we do not hold ourselves responsible for
any items that do not arrive at our facility. Once the items have been
received and the merchandise has been inspected, we will gladly credit your
account minus the 20% restocking fee. No exchanges will be made for this
kind of return.
